Wireless Network at DSU Wireless Network at North Campus Apts
Instructions for Connecting to Wireless Access Point at North Campus Apartments: These instructions are for Windows XP and may vary slightly depending on OS service packs, hotfixes, etc. A wireless network card is required to access wireless at DSU. The north campus wireless access point is called DSU_AP_NCampusApts.
Click on the image to enlarge Step 1: As shown above, right-click on the Wireless Network Connection icon in the lower right section of the task bar and click View Available Wireless Networks. The following screen will appear.
Click on the image to enlarge Step 2: Select DSU_AP_NCampusApts and click Connect. Note: There may be other wireless access points (Rogue APs, other computers, etc.) detected; however, DSU_AP_NCampusApts is the only supported wireless access point at North Campus Apts. Click on the image to enlarge If this security warning shown above pops up, click Connect Anyway
Click on the image to enlarge After a few moments, the screen above should appear showing Connected status for DSU_AP_NcampusApts. Close window and launch internet activities.
