E-mail : DSU provides E-Mail service on the HECN server MAIL.DSU.NODAK.EDU. The address for all DSU users will be in the format of firstname.lastname@DSU.NODAK.EDU. Users may access their email account via the web at http://mail.dsu.nodak.edu/webmail. All students will be automatically assigned a username when they first register at DSU. Before using the e-mail system, all users must activate their account by going go http://enroll.nodak.edu. These policies include copyright issues, security, authentication, bandwidth allocation etc.. Accounts and Printing: Generally each user has two, three or four accounts: 1. Email Account 2. LAN (Local Area Network ) Account. Known as your EAGLE account 3. PeopleSoft account (student/employee info) 4. Web account (authoring html, online courses) Most departments have networked laser printers. To Access these printers you must have a LAN account Computer Testing: Optical scanning of testing is done in May Hall Room 11. Answer sheets are available in the Office of Computer Services (May Hall Room 12). Sarah Hausauer is available to assist you in this operation.
