During these annual national conferences, delegates were able to participate in numerous leadership activities including workshops by nationally known speakers as well as from Collegiate 4-H members from across the nation.  The delegates then too the ideas they learned during the conferences back to Dickinson State University and their own home communities.  They used the information teach leadership concepts to younger youth.  Delegates also learned from these workshops and utilized the information to grow, personally-enriching their own lives, and creating in themselves a better role model for the youth of today.
