Econ 202 9:00 a.m. (38) 12/01/99 Fernando Quijano

The instructor has vast knowledge of the economic system but prefers to just produce numbers & graphs to having an open discussion on Economics and how it effects us. I would prefer a few more classes on the explanation of how economics works rather than mindless graphs. Other than that he is a very enthusiastic, and knowledgeable instructor.

I thought Fernando did a good job by making the class fun and always being in a good mood and excited about the class. Everything students needed to know was in the notes.

Fernando is a good instructor. He is very willing to help the students in this class. I did not, however, like the graphing section of required homework. I would like to see less computer work... My opinion

Fernando Quijano has made this class enjoyable & I would definitely take another course from him.

Fernando is a great teacher! Gets the class involved and makes each class interesting. Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed taking a class from this instructor. The material at times was difficult to grasp. If 1 thing was not understood, you would miss out on understanding the rest. The coarse is helpful in understanding how the economy works.

Fernando has great knowledge of economics. I really feel he is a great instructor. Doing spreadsheet assignments to coincide with notes help to understand the material. He is a great professor.

Instructor very knowledgeable, interesting, and funny. The course itself was somewhat difficult but easier than microecon.

Determining and posting grades are mostly incorrect. Test grades do not match posted grades. Very enthusiastic & interesting person.

Fernando keeps class interesting!

Macro was taught very effectively as it pertains to what is going on in the economy today.

Quijano is an extremely enthusiastic professor. He really seems to love what he is teaching. One thing that would make him better would be if he came to class on time, that is a little discouraging for students.

The class was great but things should be discussed a little more; otherwise the class should be taught by Fernando.

Mr. Quijano has great knowledge of economics. he is very intimidating the first day of class he hands out a sylabus that the second page says Don't come to see me I don't care about why you weren't in class. I would take a look @ his sylabus. He is always late for class. Never on time gets sidetracked real easy & talks about nothing for 10-15 min at a time.
