FOR PRINTING MATERIALS: Don't leave material abandoned or unattended for more than a few seconds. Pick it up from the printer immediately. Don't print what you don't need. If possible, simply browse through the documents on your computer. When printing presentations, go to the print menu and change "slides" to "handouts," and choose at least four per page. |
